We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@curvesoul.com.

Rules For Return

• All purchases, with the exception of Final Sale/Flash Sale/Clearance items, swimwear, underwear, panties, and accessories, are eligible for return or exchange within a 30-day period following receipt of the last package in your order. Refunds and exchanges are not available on items $20 and under that are labeled "Final Sale."
• All products must be returned in original condition, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please include the complete packaging and clothing tags to ensure resale. Thank you!
• Please note that the shipping address differs from the return address. Contact us at support@curvesoul.com before returning the parcel, or we won't be able to process your return or exchange.

Procedure to Place a Return or Exchange

1. To place a return or exchange, reach out to CURVESOUL at support@curvesoul.com. We will reply to you as soon as possible. If the request for a return or exchange does not comply with the terms above, CURVESOUL will not authorize the return or exchange. If you do not contact us first and you return the product without Curvesoul’s express authorization, we will not be responsible for the loss of goods, and we will not authorize a refund.

2. Once your return or exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inspect the item and notify you if your request to return or exchange the item was ultimately approved or denied. This assessment will be done in Curvesoul’s sole discretion based on the condition in which the item was received and any other terms of Curvesoul’s policies. If everything checks out, we will send out your expected exchange of goods or refund within 3-5 business days. Please note: You will receive the refund in the original form of payment in approximately 5-7 business days.

Order cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Please submit a help ticket from Contact us if you decide to cancel the order.

Late or Missing Refund

Refunds typically require days to process before they are posted on bank or credit card accounts. If you have not yet received your refund, please allow time for it to post and then call your bank or credit card company to check on its status. If the bank or credit card company cannot confirm that the refund is pending, please contact us at support@curvesoul.com. We will get back to you within 3-5 business days.
