RULES FOR RETURN
1.All purchases, with the exception of (Final Sale/Clearance items, swimwear, underwear, panties, and accessories), are eligible for return or exchange within a 60-day period following receipt of the last package in your order.
2.All products must be returned to Curvesoul in original condition.
3.Your first return package for any order comes with FREE return shipping!
PROCEDURE TO PLACE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. To place a return or exchange, reach out to CURVESOUL at email@example.com. We will reply to you as soon as possible. If the request for a return or exchange does not comply with the terms above, CURVESOUL will not authorize the return or exchange. If you do not contact us first and you return the product without Curvesoul’s express authorization, we will not be responsible for the loss of goods, and we will not authorize a refund.
2. Once your return or exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inspect the item and notify you if your request to return or exchange the item was ultimately approved or denied. This assessment will be done in Curvesoul’s sole discretion based on the condition in which the item was received and any other terms of Curvesoul’s policies. If everything checks out, we will send out your expected exchange of goods or refund within 3-5 business days. Please note: You will receive the refund in the original form of payment in approximately 5-7 business days.
3. If you have any questions or would like assistance with your return or exchange, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Please submit a help ticket from Contact us if you decide to cancel the order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND
Refunds typically require days to process before they are posted on bank or credit card accounts. If you have not yet received your refund, please allow time for it to post and then call your bank or credit card company to check on its status. If the bank or credit card company cannot confirm that the refund is pending, please contact us at email@example.com. We will get back to you within 3-5 business days.
