RETURN POLICY

1.All purchases, with the exception of Final Sale/Flash Sale/Clearance items, swimwear, underwear, panties, and accessories, are eligible for return or exchange within a 30-day period following receipt of the last package in your order. Refunds and exchanges are not available on items $20 and under that are labeled "Final Sale."

2.All products must be returned in original condition, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please include the complete packaging and clothing tags to ensure resale. Thank you!

1. To place a return or exchange, reach out to CURVESOUL at support@curvesoul.com. We will reply to you as soon as possible. If the request for a return or exchange does not comply with the terms above, CURVESOUL will not authorize the return or exchange. If you do not contact us first and you return the product without Curvesoul’s express authorization, we will not be responsible for the loss of goods, and we will not authorize a refund.

2. Once your return or exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inspect the item and notify you if your request to return or exchange the item was ultimately approved or denied. This assessment will be done in Curvesoul’s sole discretion based on the condition in which the item was received and any other terms of Curvesoul’s policies. If everything checks out, we will send out your expected exchange of goods or refund within 3-5 business days. Please note: You will receive the refund in the original form of payment in approximately 5-7 business days.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Please submit a help ticket from Contact us if you decide to cancel the order.
